As an Employer wouldn't it be nice to treat your Employees to de-stress in the workplace? Don't they deserve a treat in recognition of all the hard work they put into your business, so they know that you actually care?
Employees can return to their desks after having a treatment feeling ready to give even more (as it can engender a feeling of loyalty to the company) and appreciating that you are aware how hard they work for you.
Stress in the workplace is becoming a huge problem. Many lost days are due to stress. It is said that 75% of diseases are caused by stress. Happy Employees have fewer days off work and are more productive.
